I am Erika Feraru, and in my late 20s, I made a bold transition from a corporate career to pursue my lifelong passion for beauty. After earning my degree in Economics in Rome, I moved to the Netherlands in search of new challenges. It was there that I discovered my true calling in the beauty industry, becoming a top trainer and distributor for Lash Extend in 2018. Today, I proudly run Lash Studio Johanah and an academy in Rotterdam, where I mentor hundreds of successful professionals across Europe. My mantra: “I’ve been there; I know how to help you succeed!”

Honestly the best lash training you can get in The Netherlands! I went into those thinking I would never be able to do lashes ever in my life. Erika proved me wrong. She can see the best in you and she pushes you to do your best, without pressuring you, because she can spot your ”weak spots” and help you develop them. Amazing course content. Pros: – She has a RETENTION module which in most of the cases you need an extra course for, so you make the most of your money – Extremely detailed content, before you even manage to have a question you find all the answers in the material, or you learn it immediately. – The explanation is very detailed and beginner friendly so everyone can understand – You also learn how to do other mappings and effects which is amazing because other courses I did before were super basic and would also teach you very minimal stuff, so you feel unprepared. Cons: Honestly none! 🙂
It’s very rare you find a course and a trainer that is WILLING and ABLE to give you correct and valuable information in a field that is competitive. So absolutely worth the money❤️
